B.A.S.E. Sports Conditioning – Workouts

The workouts to the left have been designed using exercises from the new DVD
BASE Training: Injury Prevention for Young Athletes. By clicking the appropriate tab, you’ll be given training options suitable for your current age and level of physical ability. This was done in an effort to give you a little more in the way of workout variety, in addition to what is already presented in the DVD.

Please be advised: Before attempting any of the workouts you’re about to see, be sure to engage in a complete dynamic warm-up.
